Refunds Delivery & Returns

All deliveries are made to kerbside and the customer is to notify of any road restrictions applicable.

Excess and only full unopened boxes (up to five boxes max) will be accepted back and refunds will only be accepted WITHIN 14 DAYS from the date of the original receipt. All damages or shortages are to be notified to Amirco within 24 hours of delivery.

A 30% RESTOCKING CHARGE may apply on refunds that are accepted unless goods are faulty.

No Special Order material shall be accepted back for refund unless faulty.

No promotional or discounted products will be accepted for refund.

Goods identified as COMMERCIAL QUALITY or COMMERCIAL GRADE, SECONDS or any other variation of this temrinology are not eligible for refund.

Please note some variation in shade or pattern often occurs in ceramic, porcelain and stone products. Therefore it is the CUSTOMER'S RESPNSIBILITY to ensure that the material supplied is of an acceptable colour, shade, size and type BEFORE fixing as no claims can be accepted thereafter. Particularly important when a THIRD PARTY collects material.
